Even the surroundings of the volcanic region of Auvergne, known for its Volvic water, offer more than just impressive nature and can be reached within an hour’s drive.

Our forests are accessible for horses and mountain bikes. There are many lakes, hot springs, and waterfalls that are also popular destinations, as well as activities such as the climbing park, kayaking on the Sioule River, the « vélorail » bicycle rail system, and ski resorts.

An impressive Buddhist temple, traditionally inhabited Benedictine monasteries, ruins of medieval castles, and impressive stone sculptures along the « chemin fais’Art » are located in the immediate vicinity.

We also have three kayaks/canoes, a nine-seater off-road vehicle, and enough tents to organize such excursions.

Furthermore, the impressive starry sky with the clear Milky Way is often visible, providing city dwellers with an opportunity to contemplate the infinity of nature and spend the night together under the open sky during summer.
